Course Hadracha is our highly regarded intensive leadership training programme. The year-long course gives you the skills and experience to become a madrichol (leader) for RSY-Netzer from summer 2026.

The course welcomes you into the leadership body of RSY-Netzer that is built around informal education and Reform Jewish values. The course enables you to develop essential leadership skills, be trained in management of group dynamics and to write and run creative activities.
